1. 付款方式

信用卡交易 ( Visa / Master / JCB ) 以新台幣交易，匯率與手續費由您的發卡銀行提供與收取)
本官網商品皆使用新台幣為單位計算。
訂單交易使用其他幣別完成付款結帳，實際支付金額會以您的刷卡銀行即時匯率計算，匯率差額會因銀行端與即時匯率影響，無法保證您的訂單金額會與實際支付金額相同。若對於匯率差額仍有疑慮，歡迎您直接與刷卡銀行公司客服窗口尋求協助。

Payment
Pay by credit card ( Visa, MasterCard, JCB ) all orders charged with New Taiwan Dollar. To the currency exchange rate service fees, and all other additional expense the bank issuing would charge to customers).

2.  配送方式與運費
香港及澳門採用順豐快遞貨到付款方式出貨，運費將於收件時由貨運人員向收件人收取。

其他海外國家則依據各國所在地不同，以郵局/DHL/順豐快遞出貨，採取固定運費的方式(1.5公斤計價)

海外訂單不享有免運優惠。

Delivery and Freight
Package to Hong Kong, Macau is delivered by SF express and the shipping fee will be paid by the receiver.

The Other is delivered by Post office or SF express. Fixed shipping fee (1.5 kg) depends on your location.

3. 配送地區

目前支援香港、澳門、澳洲、日本、新加坡、馬來西亞、韓國、美國、加拿大及越南。

4. 出貨時間
訂單確認付款完成後，商品沒有調貨、缺貨、預購等狀況下3-7個工作天出貨。

到貨時間由於國際配送時間較長，許多外在因素我們也無法控制，我們會協助追蹤，請耐心等候。 

Shipping days
Please allow up to 3-7 days to process your order. (not including weekends or holidays). Once the order has been confirmed without following situation, such as: out of stock, defected product, then the order will be shipped with a tracking number. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

 
5. 關稅

依送往國家之法律、規定等，可能徵收進口關稅、增值稅、通關手續費、郵費等。
當需收取進口關稅、增值稅、通關手續費、郵費時，由會員本人（當訂貨人與收貨人不同時，則為收貨人）負擔實際費用，並透過送貨公司直接向會員收取。
訂單若為會員自身因素無法順利配送時，於送往國家規定產生的關稅費用，將由會員/件貨人自行負擔。

International duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside of the Taiwan may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.  
Customers are responsible for the original shipping fees and any customs, import duties.
